Thus, to engage in "religion," we could say by definition, is to forego liberation and bind ourselves to the doctrine and dogma of the practice. The Buddha wisely posits that all suffering is a result of attachment or, I would say, binding ourselves, subjugating our spirit to that which we conform to. What to do? A wise man once told me to refrain from engaging in religion. Rather, liberate the mind and soul through manifesting unconditional love, seeking knowledge, reflecting and accounting our thoughts, and pursuing wisdom. I would call this practicing spirituality. No doctrine, no dogma, no rules and no fear. Balance would be a good term. Thusly, our accountability and responsibility is to live and love without fear. Perhaps, that is too easy . . . Or we might establish our selfs' as NDZ - no drama zones.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08978803580764848009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7357027421761048480.post-35548977711083059632010-04-07T06:32:03.397-07:002010-04-07T06:32:03.397-07:00Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa is the name...Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa is the name of the church.
