Roots of Spirituality
Spirituality is one of those words that's easy to say but very difficult to define. What does it mean to you? Do you think you're spiritual? Does spirituality mean simply that you think there's Something beyond the mundane world where we live?
Especially at this time of year when we're seeing beautiful pictures of autumn colors and quiet river scenes that give an uplift to what is today a very dreary crime-infested world, we urge you to get past the scenes of horror and to realize that beauty and spirituality still exist in nature? Can you get a similar uplifting spirituality from a book? --especially a book published in a time completely different from the world of today? No, we ourselves do not get any spiritual thoughts from the black books so beloved of millions of Abrahamic devotees.
Does the idea of the wonderful interconnection of all people through the medium of electronics give a feeling of spiritual uplift, or a feeling of dreary resignation about the humanity of the world where we live and the future of that world? Surely spirituality is something beyond negativity.
The chief place where we Frosts feel spiritual is at times like those when we see the moon over pine trees in the New River Gorge where we live. Perhaps there's a slight mist in the air. It is quiet, and all we can hear is the water going on its eternal course toward the sea, as part of the eternal cycle, to be returned to us as rain.
So what turns us on to those feelings of wonder that we all sometimes get, at moments that are very difficult to preplan? I know that many can get an uplifting spiritual feeling when they listen to music, or when they see a group of ballerinas dancing in their perfect grace, and through many other moments.
How then do we bring spirituality into our life? To start with, we must believe that we can find it. And it seems to us that the best place to look for it is in nature. Consider the sight of newborn deer in our local state park; as we mentioned, the sight of the moon, the sound of the water in the river. Be quietly contemplative, and you will open yourself to the wonders of the spiritual side of your being.
Spirituality cannot be taught. Above all, it cannot be forced down your throat by some self-appointed spiritual leader who insists that his (or her) way is the only one acceptable.
Bring your spirituality into balance with your mundane world by continually looking at nature's wonders. Breathe slowly. Find something to be grateful for. Be where you are.

Some New Years thoughts.
So I had a very nice chat with Christian Day last eve after his radio show. He and his husband Brian had a some good thoughts and views about British Traditional Wicca (BTW) and related topics. I was thinking of this convo today when I stumbled upon a discussion about Wicca as a 'mystery religion'. My stance is this, at this point Wicca has jumped the shark per se as it pertains to popularity, appeal and mainstream acceptance (we got major tv show characters claiming to be Wiccan). I feel it is a 'mystery religion' no more generally.
Now you could argue well Rev. Peter it's a 'mystery' in the sense no one but those who have been initiated in BTW know all the rites and the like. And sure, on that level I suppose you could have a valid point. But the 'real' names of the Wiccan gods can be Googled at this point also. Sure unless I am initiated in BTW I may now know the 'real' way to call the quarters or if I walk clockwise or not for ritual x or the deeper meaning of ritual y. In that way it may still be 'secret' but as a whole I'd argue the majority is public and in books or/and Google-able. At least on a intermediate level you can have a solid understanding of Wicca.
I feel the BTW's should be more inclusive not the opposite and one of the first steps in doing that is get off the high horse (of some BTW's, not all certainly) that Wicca is this top secret thing that you can only fully be a part of if you know the secret handshake of a specific coven. The term and religion has gotten away from you where it no long is under your purview. People self identify, like myself as 'wiccan' even though we are not under the BTW umbrella of Wicca. That is not going to change, one can not put the genie back into the bottle at this point. And I think some on the BTW side of things need to come to that hard realization. I also think some of them need to stop living as if it's the 1970's or 80s' and come into 2016 with the rest of us.
Wicca isn't what it was back then just as it won't be what it is today in 2040. Some of the BTW are holding on to dear life as if the clock stopped 30 yrs ago. I think it's part rose colored glasses, part ego as they want to be part of a underground 'secret' group and part unwillingness, fear of change.
in 2008 a secular religious poll was done called ARIS. 75% of all those that identified themselves in North America as 'pagan' said they were Wiccan, and at that time just over a million pagans were in the US according to the poll. They said that number would double in about 5 years (which it now has been) Which makes Wicca the #7 religion membership wise in the US. My point being it's evolving and changing, and will continue to do so. And trying to keep it this super secret thing is futile. Time to accept that fact and try to be a bit more inclusive and open with who and what we are.
I am not saying BTW's should with open arms accept eclectic wiccans like myself but acknowledge we exist and we are a form of Wicca and not go around saying we shouldn't use the title as it's 'theirs'. That does noting but create infighting and hampers efforts to get the mass public to understand us. Which we SHOULD be doing, outreach to the communities we live in
After the old English Witchcraft Act of 1735 was repealed in 1951, a new and contemporary movement of witchcraft in various forms and traditions began to emerge and spread throughout the U.K. instigated by the likes of Gerald Gardner (Gardnerian), Alex Sanders (Alexandrian) and Robert Cochrane (Clan of Tubal Cain). In 1962, Raymond Buckland an Englishman living in America and a protégé of Gerald Gardner, exported the Gardnerian tradition to America and formed the first Gardnerian coven in New York in 1963. Since then contemporary witchcraft spread quickly around the United States as other prominent leaders began to write about and form their own traditions.
Two of America’s most enduring leaders emerged in the early 1970’s. Gavin and Yvonne Frost are openly professed Witches, authors of more than 22 books and monographs including the best seller: ‘The Witch’s Bible’ (Nash Publishing, Los Angeles 1972) rewritten as the 'The Good Witch's Bible' (Parker Publishing, New Jersey 1976), and Co-founders of the first legally recognized School and Church of Wicca in America.

Gavin Frost was born in 1930 in Aldridge, England, where his hard-drinking Welsh grandfather had built the family’s galvanizing and canning business. On a wooded ridge just outside of Aldridge he also built a home for each of his children where they all lived together in a tight-knit family group, helping and working together in the family business. After his grandfather passed away in 1936, Gavin was enrolled in a boarding school to start his education. Holidays were spent in Wales, a part of England steeped in mythology, folklore and witchcraft, and it was here that Gavin’s interest in ancient religion began.
During the war years 1939–45, the families canning business thrived, supplying much needed canned rations to aid the war effort. Granny’s kitchen garden also helped to stave off the privation caused by food rationing, by canning and storing foods to help them through difficult times and shortages.
At school Gavin had excelled in mathematics and physics, and in 1949 was enrolled into King’s College at the University of London to further his studies. There he joined an informal group under the influence of T. C. Lethbridge, the author of ‘Witches: Investigating an Ancient Religion’ (Routledge & Kegan Paul, London 1962), a laboratory assistant at the time, Lethbridge was interested in magic, the occult and sacred stone sites. In 1951 after the witchcraft act had finally been repealed, the group decided to seek initiation. They sought the help of a previous student of the university, now a pursuivant to the Duke of Norfolk, the heraldic head of England, who had joined a coven in Penzance. After receiving instruction the initiation was carried out at the stone circle site in Boskednan, Cornwall. As part of the initiation ritual, initiates received a mark cut into their wrists.

Also known as the Nine Maidens, the circle was mostly in ruins until the authorities under took its restoration in the summer of 2004. It’s isolated location on desolate moorland make it very attractive. There were probably twenty-two stones making up the original circle, but only six are still erect and most of those in the north are missing. They average about 1.2m (4 feet) in height, although the broken one at the north was over six feet when it was standing

In 1952, Gavin graduated from King’s College London with honors, gaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, and after completing his post doctoral thesis with the Department of Atomic Energy in Cumbria, he received a Doctorate in Physics & Mathematics which launched him into a long and successful career in the aerospace industry. While in Cumbria, Gavin met and fell in love with Dorothy Whitford and together they moved to Hatfield near London where Gavin had taken up a research position with the de Havilland Aircraft Corporation. Gavin and Dorothy were married in January 1953.
Gavin’s research for de Havilland involved investigating the effects of long wave infrared radiation on missiles. As much of the missiles testing took place at night on Salisbury Plain, this left him time during the day to investigate the ancient monoliths of Stonehenge and the people who built them, furthering his interest in ancient peoples and the origins of the Old Religion.

Gavin’s next position was with Canadair in Montreal, were initially he was to work on the Canadian missile program but instead he joined their Training and Simulation group, a position that allowed him to travel around the world. One trip took him to Chile were he had the opportunity to spend four days in a remote village exploring their religious belief’s and experiencing first-hand the powers of healing as practiced by their shamans.
After moving to California, Gavin next began work as the senior project engineer working on the military F-104 radar systems, another position that allowed him to travel. On one a trip to Milan, Italy he was able to do some research into the truths and fiction that surrounds Charles G. Leland’s ‘Aradia: Gospel of the Witches’.
All his traveling and long hours at work was beginning to affect his marriage and family life, which by now included two children, a son and daughter. In an attempt to ease his load and spend more quality time with them, he accepted a new position as a Company representative in Europe, and in 1966 moved his family to Munich, Germany. While his hours at work were still high, what free time he had he failed to spend with his family. Instead he became fascinated in the subject of German sorcery. He joined a group of Zauberer’s (Zauberer - German for magician, sorcerer, wizard) operating in der Bayrischen Naehe just south of Munich and began studying for initiation. After a grueling test of personal endurance, part of the initiation ritual, he qualified to receive and don their Saffron Robe.
Returning to California in 1968, his marriage to Dorothy began to deteriorate. While in German, Gavin had started to write his first book entitled: ‘Pagans of Stonehenge’ and on his return to California, asked one of the companies secretaries Yvonne Wilson to type and edit it. It soon became apparent that they shared a mutual liking as well as similar interests in religion and spirituality; it wasn’t long before they became lovers and together studied psychic development with a spiritualist teacher. Yvonne also studied for and was initiated into a Celtic tradition. In 1969, Gavin and Dorothy divorced, which was less than amicable, and he and Yvonne moved to St. Louis, Missouri, there to start a new life and pursue the craft together.

Yvonne Frost (nee Wilson) was born in 1931 in Los Angeles during the early years of the depression that was sweeping across America. Just a few years earlier, her Baptist family and a large number of relatives had moved from the poverty stricken areas of the Cumberland Gap in Kentucky, only to suffer the privations of the depression in Los Angeles. From her early childhood as the eldest of four children, she quickly learned two valuable lessons in life, frugality and economy, “never expect what you cannot have in life, but embrace with joy every experience that enriches your life”. This was an approach to life she never out grew.
Struggling through her teen years, Yvonne had a hard time coming to terms with her Baptist up bringing; she never seemed to fit in, and so began to question her Baptist faith. She then began an extensive study of comparative religions in search of something more compatible. She claims her family history includes two lines of witches that go back for generations, one to the Cumberland Gap in Kentucky, and the other to the Clan Gunn of Scotland.
In 1950, Yvonne married for the first time to a military man, a marriage that lasted 10 years, part of which time when stationed in Germany, she went and lived there with him. After the end of their marriage in 1960, and with a need to better support herself, Yvonne started a course in Secretary Skills at Fullerton Junior College in Orange County, California. Graduating in 1962 with an A.A. degree, she started a career as a secretary working for a major aerospace company in Anaheim, California.
At that time Yvonne was still exploring alternative paths of spirituality. First she tried Buddhism, but found it too passive to meet her spiritual needs. She then became involved with Spiritualism and attended a number of séances. Her spirit guide she claims was Dr. Alfred Russel Wallace (who together with Darwin, had developed the first theory of evolution).
In 1968, after his return from Germany, Yvonne first met Gavin Frost in the Halls of their mutual employer. Gavin turn out to be the boss of her own boss, and asked her to type and edit a book he was writing ‘Pagans of Stonehenge’. In doing so, Yvonne could see that some elements of witchcraft overlapped with her beliefs in spiritualism. Given similar interests and a mutual liking they soon became lovers, and together studied psychic development with a spiritualist teacher. Yvonne also studied for and was initiated into a Celtic tradition. After Gavin’s divorce to Dorothy in 1969, they moved together to St. Louis, Missouri, there to start a new life and pursue the craft together.
The Church and School of Wicca
In St. Louis, Gavin took up a position as an international sales manager, which again involved much traveling around the world and time away from home. After one such trip to Australia, his return flight on the 24th July was rescheduled so that the passengers could witness the re-entry of the Apollo space module containing Neil Armstrong, Edwin E. Aldrin, Jr., and Michael Allen Collins, the first astronauts to step out on the noon. Gavin was naturally excited and couldn’t wait to tell Yvonne about it hoping to surprise her with the news.
However Yvonne was unperturbed by his news, for she had news and a surprise for him, calmly she told him that: “My water broke this morning”. Gavin was ecstatic as he witnessed Yvonne giving birth to a new baby daughter, they named her ‘Bronwyn’. Gavin and Yvonne were married in 1970.
In between trips Gavin and Yvonne co-authored the first draft of ‘The Witch’s Bible’, but couldn’t find a publisher for it. Undeterred, while Gavin was away, Yvonne spent her time alone nursing Bronwyn and reorganizing the book into a series of lectures, these they used for a correspondence course, and the School of Wicca was born. They advertised the School in magazines all around the United States and soon gained a regular following of students.
Gavin and Yvonne spent the next couple of years banging heads with bureaucracy and particularly the IRS as they sought legal recognition for the School as a Church and a non-profit organization. In order to meet their requirements they had to define the philosophy of the church in keeping with the philosophies of other religions. This they did by symbolising the five points of the pentagram within a circle:
(1) The Wiccan Rede – “If it harm none, do what you will”
(2) Power through knowledge
(3) The Law of Attraction and Threefold Return
(4) Harmony with the Universe
(5) Reincarnation
(6) The circle representing Spirit and Deity
Satisfied the IRS issued the Church of Wicca with a “Letter of Determination” on the 31st August 1972, making it the first legally recognised Wicca Church in America. It also helped to redefine witchcraft as a bona-fide religion entitled to all the same benefits and representation as all other religions. Since then fifteen other Church of Wicca facilities were chartered across the United States.
In 1972, Gavin gave up his highfalutin life style and together with Yvonne; they took a vow of poverty and committed themselves to the full-time activities of the School and Church, while living and teaching the craft as they perceive it. They spent the next couple of years in Missouri restoring old buildings and raising pigs, and then in 1975 moved on to New Bern in North California were they lived for some twenty years. During which time they were active members of the North Carolina Prison Chaplains’ Commission and among other books, wrote the ‘State of Oregon Prisoner’s Handbook for Wicca’.
In 1980 they retired from active leadership of the Church but retained control of the School through which they continue to teach. Over time they have developed some eight different correspondence courses on such subjects as: Astrology, Celtic Witchcraft, Psychic Development, Tantric Yoga, Healing and Herbs among others, these are continually updated to include new trends and wisdom. Through the school they have published America’s longest lasting Wiccan periodical called ‘Survival’, which today is edited by their daughter Bronwyn. In 1996, Gavin and Yvonne moved to their present location in Hinton, West Virginia.

As not to appear the least bit racist we must create a intelligent heart warming black character. I like the name Winfrey Todd in homage of Oprah Winfrey. Ms. Todd attended Julliard in her younger days but in her older years, golden years has semi retired to teach symphony at the university. This will be one of our finest characters. Perhaps Lars would like to play a character in this scenario.

At the premier of Nix Nic Nooley you Samantha said that you had trouble remembering names. One thing you can do when you meet a person. Especially an important person. You can say their name to yourself 7 times and with your powerful mind you will remember. You will remember. This is Lumosity Brain Training 101. I went to Wrightsville Beach today and played Tennis and got some free hotdogs and chips at the Suicide Prevention Rally in the park. Remember although we are very busy, busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest, we must try to give back to the community. Do you like hotdogs Samantha or are you a Vegan because of your YOGA training? Do you like Ice cream? I'm a chocoholic and it is said that when you crave alcohol eat some chocolate and the craving will go away. Did you and Trilby enjoy the movie "Chocolat" with Johnny Depp. I heard it was a so called chick flick. But I digress. I have plans for the budget to be 100,000,000. That's 100 Million dollars it would be the second largest budget film after VIRUS which stared William Baldwin, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Donald Southerland. The movie flopped at the box office but probably made its money back in distribution. I did get to go to the wrap party. The password was what was the monster in the movie. I took a guess and said "The Budget" Security said good enough and let me in. Jamie Lee Curtis let me babysit her kids while she partied. She had twins. True story.
In acting they ask "What is your motivation". Well, for Paige and I to be friends again will be and is my motivation. See Paige and I in another lifetime were lovers and friends. We were giants walking together in The Caucasus Mountains.
Speaking of a good name for your father in our movie "The Early Years" the first woman presidents college experience. How about just keeping his current name Craig. Craig Frost could be his name. Now I have some control freaking jack tail specifically my Russian girlfriend in New York City Svetlana telling me I'm giving out too much information and I should just come back to New York City to work in finance. I told her when I am done in Wilmington. I will be back when my daughter is done with her studies in Moscow. To be honest it hurts not to hold Anastasia but I talk to her on Skype. Just the other day I broke down crying when I saw her do her ballet.

Why am I telling you all of this things that may seem irrelevant at this time? Because I want you to feel that you are working with a professional and not wasting your time.
It is fine with me if you and Samantha get credit for helping me write "The Early Years" at the UNCW library. You will get your name in really huge when they roll the credits but I will be "The Name Above The Title" which is a book about Frank Capra. Of course you know Frank Capra Jr. had a stint at Screen Gems. I met him briefly in 1998. I am the creator of the film. You will also get paid for your part in the script development. I am also writing "Inside The Russian Mafia" which of course there is no Mafia just businessman and women.
This also will be one of our finest moments in our film. Ana your father Craig Frost teaches hockey and coaches part time at The Wilmington Ice House. During the second? act a race riot breaks out at your school Hoggard. Mr. Frost gathers together his hockey team and in their trucks and vehicles storm the school. The song by the band Pantera plays it is entitled "Walk" The whole team is singing and marching in unison. Half the rioters urinate in their pants and the other half say. This is part of Yin and Yang philosophy which is hard for some to grasp, not you and your father of course but many. That while the competition are your friends they are also your enemies. You will be a great teacher of many of this philosophy in your lifetime. A great teacher. While at a monastery near Beijing China I was told being a teacher was one of the greatest things you could be in this world.

Speaking of being in China I saw and did some amazing things while at the monastery. Some things you would think are magic tricks but they were real. Small children breaking bricks with their hands etc. I Googled the fact and know now that China does indeed have waves. One day perhaps Samantha me, you and the family will do Tai Chi in The Temple Of Heaven in Beijing. Perhaps one day.
In Hawaii they have a dangerous look called the stink eye or you could call this the stink face. This is given to people who show disrespect for their current people and surroundings. It wasn't easy for me being a blond haired Haole while living in Hawaii selling Solar Energy for Mercury Solar on Oahu like I did. But as I always said when I entered someone's home after taking off my shoes. I would say "I know I'm a Haole but I'm here to talk to you about preserving the Aina (The Hawaiian Lands). In general they would say "Oh we know your a Haole brah but we'll listen to what you have to say.
SCENE: "The Early Years" the first woman presidents college experience. In a dream Ana Frost wakes up in the forward compartment of the new Chinese Super train which now exists in the real world. The train can travel approx. 702 miles per hour 723 being the speed of sound or Mach 1. Ana finds herself sitting right behind the Chinese proletariat and the navigators of the train. They as she are clothed in traditional Chinese military uniforms. She slowly notices this in this slow dream sequence. She also notices a man at the helm from the back has blonde hair and is puzzled that he is not Chinese. The Rolling Stones song "Sympathy For The Devil" plays as the blonde helmsman turns around to face Ana Frost. She smiles as the train comes to a smooth stop. Exiting the train with the man she now realizes to be her mentor Ivan The Bodyguard. This is so, so true. Coming from poverty, it's always been apparent to me who grew out of the "poverty mentality" and who hasn't, and can't. Luckily, things can get better and have consistently become better.

If you worked at CIA Headquarters during Leon Panetta’s tenure as Director, you almost certainly saw or heard stories about Bravo, Panetta’s loyal Golden Retriever. Bravo came to work with the Director every day and could often be spotted during his walks around the compound. Rise to power[edit]
The Solntsevskaya gang was founded in the late 1980s by Sergei Mikhailov, a former waiter who'd served a prison term for fraud. Based out of the Solntsevo District of Moscow, the gang recruited local unemployed, aggressive young men as foot soldiers and also made use of thief in law Dzhemal Khachidze to enhance their reputation amongst established criminals. The Solntsevo District was also strategically located near the M-KAT highway leading to Ukraine, as well as the Vnukovo International Airport. Controlling these transport hubs allowed the Solntsevo group to muscle in on the car import business.[2] But by the early 1990s, the Solntsevo's dominance was challenged by the Chechen mafia. Together with the Orekhovskaya gang and other Slavic mobs, the Solntsevo made an alliance to drive the Chechens out.[3] The gang war claimed many casualties, and in a gun battle at the Kazakhstan Cinema six Chechens and four Russians were killed.[4]
The gang was at one point linked to criminal mastermind Semion Mogilevich, through whom they laundered money. But a 1995 party at a Prague hotel, attended by Mikhailov as well as Uzbek drug trafficker Gafur Rakhimov, was raided by Czech police who received information that they were planning to kill Mogilevich there following a dispute. Mogilevich himself was nowhere to be found, having received advance information about both group's intentions.[5]
By the end of the 1990s, the Solntsevskaya gang started moving into the banking sector, a move which enabled them to launder their money as well as get closer to the oligarchs.[6]

Russia said Friday that it was giving Ukraine a “discount” on natural gas prices, but further declines in energy prices will likely make the $17.8 savings a moot point anyway. Bonus for trying to be nice to Kyiv, though, Gazprom.
Russia’s main supplier to Ukraine, Gazprom, will charge $230 per 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas for first quarter deliveries. The price is locked in and was signed by decree by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on New Year’s Eve. Russia and Ukraine have been locking horns on gas prices all year. European moderators have been forced to mediate the dispute, which has often led Gazprom to stop deliveries of gas to Ukraine.
The lower price is mostly reflected by falling natural gas futures in the market and not Moscow subsidies, as in the olden days when the two countries were on speaking terms. Ukraine will likely end up paying a bit more than market rate because energy prices are seeing falling to the low $30s in the first half of next year anyway. Lower oil prices tend to translate into lower natural gas prices as well.

Origins[edit]
The Russian mafia can be traced back to Russia's imperial period, which began in the 1700s, in the form of banditry and thievery. Most of the population were peasants in poverty at the time, and criminals who stole from government entities and divided profits among the people earned Robin Hood-like status, being viewed as protectors of the poor and becoming folk heroes. In time, the Vorovskoy Mir (Thieves' World) emerged as these criminals grouped and started their own code of conduct that was based on strict loyalty with one another and opposition against the government. When the Bolshevik Revolution came around in 1917, the Thieves' World was alive and active. Vladimir Lenin attempted to wipe them out after being robbed by a gang of highwaymen (who also performed an attempted rape), but failed[clarification needed], and the criminals survived into Joseph Stalin's reign.[6]
1917–1991: Soviet era[edit]
During Stalin's reign as ruler, millions of criminals were sent to gulags (Soviet labor camps), where powerful criminals worked their way up to become vory v zakone ("thieves-in-law"). These criminal elite often conveyed their status through complicated tattoos, symbols still used by Russian mobsters.[6]

My health improved to the point that I decided to go ahead with plans to go to Georgia and Tennessee for the highlands of Tennessee Samhain Gathering [Oct. 19-Nov. 2, 2006-OZ] and to visit with Amythyst and Taliesin and of course Talyn and the SongDog Family. I felt like a complete idiot and of course Talyn was righteously and rightfully furious with me. Nobody could really understand that my brain just was not functioning the way it used to do. I have always been a “space case” but that tendency has gotten so much worse that the task of handling logistics is mostly beyond my abilities. So we went home with Taliesin and spent the night with he and Amythyst. We had a great visit with them; I had really been looking forward to visiting with her because I hadn’t seen her for 5 years and she had been diagnosed with Leukemia and been successfully battling it all this time. [Lady Amethyst Avalon died 7/2/2011, and Taliesin died 8/31/2014. –OZ] We compared notes and histories. Amythyst is such a strong woman, I really admire her course and bravery; she is a true daughter of Athena. But unfortunately that tendency makes it really hard for her to admit that she doesn’t know something or to think that her way is the best way, especially when it comes to Witchcraft.

Back on topic of this blog. After speaking to my daughter in Moscow my Ex Svetlana made a comment that was relevant to this last blog post. See in Moscow and in Russia of course it is very cold most off the year. Many Russians and outdoor spaces and waterfronts are optional topless and some you can be totally nude if you want. Its freezing cold most off the year so they take advantage and take it off. In Florida for instance you have a nude beach named Haulover Beach which coincidentally happens to be right beside Lil Moscow also known as Sunny Isles. This is an enclave of many Russians Ex Pats. I have comrades and friends here my Bratva. Svetlana told me our daughter went to a beach today and basically ran around "Butt Naked" I am not sure exactly how I feel about this but I know many Russians have no hangups about nudity.

Back to the topic of this blog this is a funny story that took place at Haulover Beach one winter a few years back. As I said earlier Haulover is a clothing optional beach next to Sunny Isles also known as Lil Moscow just North of Miami Beach in Florida. My Ex Svetlana and I were laying out all natural as were many others some playing volleyball etc. Well Svetlana is very beautiful and this creepy sort of guy near us was staring a hole through her. She gets up and walks over to him and says "Use you peripheral vision or I will punch you in the face" See Svetlana also happens to be Russian Special Forces for six years and can be quite the feisty one.
Now I just received an email from Svetlana asking me to please come back to live with her and the family in Brighton Beach New York also known as lil Odessa. She seems to think that where I reside at this time I am surrounded by too many enemies and folks that have a hard time comprehending me. I live as she put it. "IN THE BELLY OF THE BEAST" Well I may come for a visit soon but where ever I am at according to my Bratva. "I AM LEGEND"

I apologize but I will be leaving my regards to the Frosts previous blog post concerning Gods and Goddesses on this spot. One thing that I have found fascinating is that I can call down or up perhaps elemental gnomes. I imagine that might come from the North. Perhaps they act as spirit guides around me. Anywho they often whisper advice and sometimes sweet nothings in my ears, but I really appreciate them, these when they warn me of danger. It is in my personality to sometimes use dark energy but be warned folks this can be like playing with fire as sometimes so am I. Blessed Be

To be truthfull all peoples reading this blog should start your courses with The Frosts from day one me personally in a group setting many moons ago I took the basic witch craft course in Wilmington NC. Now I have a somewhat unorthodox way of continuing my studies with The Frosts believe you me Gavin and Yvonne. I am always and always will be around. When you folks pass to syde weather it be before I or not. If it is you I know many will tell happy stories of your life but I just wont be able to be too happy. In this scene the fantastic RUSH song "Necromancer" will be playing as Ivan(pronounced Yvonne) The Bodyguard takes Ana Frost through some Wiccan survival training up in the mountains. She is blind folded and taught how to use her sixth sense and third eye to maneuver through some treacherous trails. During this trial she is attacked Ninja like by some trainers during the part when the song speeds up. She will fight off the attackers using Aikido. This will be a awesome action scene. Aikido is a martial art that uses chi and misdirecting a persons aggression. This is on topic of the blog I'm on now by the way.

I just had a vision of a wrap party that will be held after the filming is done for "The Early Years" the first woman presidents college experience. The song "Rock and Roll" by the great Led Zepplin will play as some of my Russian Brothers do their cool kick dance. Well what do you think so far Gavin, Yvonne and readers. I have a few ideas do I not or just is it I have some good meds? Laugh out loud! I have a joke you might like. Once upon a time after a psychotic episode I was admitted to Dorothea Dix Mental Hospital in downtown Raleigh NC. After receiving my meds I was let out into the courtyard for a little rec time and a smoke. The fenced in area faces a road that is on a steep hill. I was by the fence and happen to notice a nice BMW that apparently had just got a flat tire pulled over to the side. I notice and observe a fine dressed gentleman trying to change his tire and have the bad luck to have all his lug nuts roll down the hill into a grate. He curses and says as I am in earshot "What the f@@@ am I going to do now" I suggested "Why don't you take one lug nut off each tire put it on your spare so you can get where your going" A light bulb went on in his head and he says "You know your right and if you don't mind me asking what are you doing in there anyway" I wait a sec then say "I might be crazy but I aint stupid"

This song by the band "Disturbed" will play during a whaling scouting trip taken by Ana Frost and her best friend forever Bridgett Lindsay. They are scouting about near the Artic doing some school research about the dangers of over fishing and whaling and what it can do to endangered species. When the Japanese whaling vessel Achilles Maru shows on the horizon the girls go ballistic hurling red cans of paint slingshot style at the Maru. I did some research if I remember correctly and came up with a good ole college try. I do think there was a lady though that had a very solid answer. Did you folks forget to name the winner. I think through a internal source I have located a number for The Frosts and or The Church Of Wicca. Perhaps I will give a jingle just to hear a lovely voice and to check on the welfare of my favorite folks.
Some people say and I think about it but not all day that America and much of the world is controlled by a Cabal of Jews. I do know that they call gentiles golem or cattle. I know that the black man is considered by some just to be a bodyguard for the jew and many think because of the bible we have to protect Israel and this will bring the world to an end. I think sometime but not always that the jew will not be satisfied till the world is of a homogenous race. I have jewish and black friends and find The Kabbalah and Voodoo interesting being a Pagan. I just do not like how the media shoves the conspiracy of the Cabal down me throat that is why it might not be a conspiracy. I see and I hear more than many can imagine.
Here a true Pagan Wiccan story of how I produced Vril. Back in 89 I had a vision of a nuclear war involving China in the near future. I starting acting very bizarre so they say and my family had me locked in the local asylum. I was speaking in tongues. I was speaking mostly Chinese even though I had never learned this language. I was really having as they said an acute psychosis and I was put in 5 point restraints. I broke the restraints(produced Vril) and freaked them out. I remember the nurse coming in to shoot me up with Thorazine and his hand was shaking badly. I said take it easy you might miss. I took the shot in the quiet room calmed down laid back and slowly calmed down starred at the light bulb in the ceiling and slowly left my body. Astral Projection. I have broken 5 point restraint's and I can do it again.

I am watching the movie "Training Day" with the great Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke. Alonzo gets into it with the Russian Mafia. This movie reminds me when I worked deep cover with the New Hanover County Sherriff's Dept. My favorite scene is at the end when Alonzo gets assassinated
Playing a song with Lars Swanson and Daegen Miller Frost called "Metal Church" the fans have been rocking out and drinking the free beer supplied by my Bratva that there is projectile vomiting going on all over the arena.

We had been just discussing this in review of two failed marriages. It hurts my heart that my children have seen such bad examples of "love" in marriages that the three oldest are reluctant, at best, to get involved. There is love that doesn't hurt, or more obviously, doesn't manipulate, they just have not seen much of that. I wish they have had better examples, but our culture also seems to prefer the kind of "love" shown on Jersey Shore versus an Amy and Rory kind of love or a Kevin Bacon,Kyra Sedgewick lasting love. True commitment and partnership becomes more rare every day and young people are not well-prepared for the marathon that is long-term marriage.

I've never really followed suit on unfriending people before. It never mattered if they had a certain political stance, religion (or lack of), tax bracket, level of education, profession, or if I even had a spat with them in the digital realm or irl. Even when the absurdity of 900 "friends" has been pointed out when the brain can only manage 150 relationships.
Turns out if there's one thing I can't tolerate it's Asshole. So from now on I'll be unfriending Assholes.
I'm pretty sure a good deal of people in my feeds who switched to flags are just as concerned about Kenya and Lebanon as they are all humanity.
A number of the people on my feed are social, political and media activists who volunteer regularly with all kinds in hopes of making their world a better place. Who carry with them social awareness in every single work space and play space they attend.
I know everyone I regularly associate with, regardless of walk of life, has a very, very strong sense of justice.
I know a lot have a historical awareness and know exactly what France, the United States and all others are guilty of in their pasts or what their governments have done to the very day. That has nothing to do with the young people being hurt in the present.
All the challenges I've seen to the Facebook flag switch is astounding. Especially since a few of these folks had no qualms with the other overlays, nor should you, but suddenly because there's any kind of sympathy for a western colonialist country it's horrible to be sympathetic? You dare call people with a little empathy an Uncle Tom or an Enslaver?
The same people with these asinine qualms. Yes. You. Ass. I'm calling you an Ass. Have pointed out that saying "black lives matter doesn't mean fuck all other lives", and yet can't see how dumb it is to try and invalidate the pain over Paris because their flavor of pain in another country is better.
The other great irony is the same exact people who rushed to talk about Kenya and Lebanon with this incident is that I've seen none of these same people link a single article from Nigeria, Libya, Mali, Syria, Kiev, or even Lebanon as it happened. So all I can imagine is you're in a rush to win the politically correct Olympics.
If you've pointed out some of the other atrocities going on, in a respectful "let's not forget" sense instead of a "no this is worse" sense, great. If you just want no part in it, fine. This doesn't apply to any of you.
If you feel so threatened by two primary colors and a shade that you have to soapbox on Facebook instead of giving people time to grieve or sympathize, you're an Asshole.
If you think you know someone so fully and completely from a few status updates and picture switches, you're an Asshole.
If you feel enraged and antagonized by this post, it probably means you're an Asshole, and I maintain you're an Asshole.

Now The Shapeshifters are playing an arena in Austin Texas The Live Music Capital Of The World. Daegen "The Magnificent" is doing live vocals since his voice has changed. Lars is playing lead and I play rhythm. Since Daegen is still so young his younger fans are allowed in for this special concert. They are herded to the front of the stage male and female all wearing ankhs and pentacles. Looks like to me the Llewellyns are on The Bratva shit list for their insults obviously The Frosts know what the word libel means they have written over thirty books!
Aine Llewellyn needs to study The CIA book "Spy The Lie" and then watch The Frost April 2014 video on YOUTUBE again and then she may recant her statement before someone in the community gets angry.
Regarding the FPG / Frost matter, the Frosts have said a few things on their blog which I think should be noted:

Religious Freedom
You know, it seems to us that people--especially those in the Wiccan/pagan community--don't understand the term that serves as the title of these thoughts. Religious freedom means that you have the one and only right and true path ... for you. And it means that you are allowed to pursue the path of your choice without let or hindrance--so long as you obey the secular laws of the land.
It means as well (here's the corollary) that you do not have the right to criticize anyone else's path or to try to amend it. You've got freedom? They've got freedom. Yet we witness such leaning-on behavior ad nauseam; it seems to be a pervasive culturally-inflicted trait in luckless individuals whose minds have been twisted into knots. Leaning on other people is not a duty and it is not a right. Such a mindset is an intrinsic part of the duality attitude of ethnic monotheism. Black and white, good and evil, either/or, no gray scales, and (god forbid) no color. Yvonne sometimes wishes (vainly, of course) that freedom of religion could also mean freedom from religion.
In India there are literally thousands, if not millions, of gods and goddesses. A famous sage once said there are 330 million gods and goddesses in India because, given 1 billion Hindus, you can imagine that a few of them have overlapping ideas of "god". In other words, throughout the length, width, breadth, height of India there may be three people who share the same or a similar idea of what a god or a goddess is.
You can contrast this with Pakistan, where a Christian woman is due to be hanged next week for "insulting" the memory of Mohammed. She stepped out of bounds by criticizing someone else's high mucky-muck. Granted, hanging is a little severe; such an offense normally earns only a public whipping. A U.K. Special Air Service sniper killed several Islamic State (ISIS) suicide bombers from around 1 kilometer away, according to reports.
The unnamed marksman killed three ISIS militants by firing shots from a Barrett M82 .50 caliber rifle, and he was able to fire the shots though a 10-inch wall, the Telegraph reported. The marksman was serving as an adviser to Iraqi forces. The Barrett is considered among the world’s most deadly sniper rifles, which can destroy vehicles and parked aircraft, and it can penetrate brick walls and other defenses.

North Korea has said it set off a hydrogen bomb on Wednesday morning — a claim that, if true, stokes fears of the rogue nation's nuclear capabilities.
That's a scary thought because hydrogen bombs are about 1,000 times as powerful as atomic bombs.
Scientists are attempting to confirm whether North Korea's claim is true, but experts are skeptical.
What is a hydrogen bomb?
A hydrogen bomb, also known as an H-bomb or thermonuclear weapon, is created by smashing together radioactive hydrogen atoms in a process called nuclear fusion — the same type of powerful reaction that fuels our sun.
Atoms consist of positively charged protons and neutrally charged neutrons in their nuclei, as well as negatively charged electrons. All forms of an element have the same number of protons, but some can have different numbers of neutrons, and these are known as isotopes. H-bombs work by fusing certain radioactive isotopes, a process that releases an enormously destructive burst of energy.
Hydrogen bombs differ from atomic bombs, which work by splitting atoms from heavier elements such as uranium or plutonium, a process called fission. Whereas conventional A-bombs occur in just one stage, hydrogen bombs occur in two stages — an initial fission stage, followed by the secondary fusion stage, which releases much more energy.

Homes locked up as rentals "is the reason the housing market is tight," said Frank Nothaft, CoreLogic's chief economist.
WASHINGTON – There are many reasons cited for the slow recovery of the single-family housing market and low number of homes for sales, including tight credit, underwater homeowners and those who want to stay in their houses for longer than usual.
But one factor usually overlooked is the supply of single-family homes that are locked up as rentals. There are 90 million single-family homes in the U.S. and the stock of rentals for such houses jumped 33% to 12 million in 2013 from 9 million in 2006, according to the Census Bureau.
Current rental stock of single-family homes is likely over 15 million, and could increase by another million next year, according to Rick Sharga, senior vice president at Auction.com.
It appears a limited number of these rental properties are entering the pool of homes for sale.
"It is the reason the housing market is tight and these properties are likely to remain rentals for a long time," said Frank Nothaft, chief economist at CoreLogic, at an Urban Institute/CoreLogic sponsored housing conference last month.
Hedge funds, specialty real estate investment trusts and local mom and investors snatched up distressed properties in the wake of the foreclosure crisis. Many of these investors continue to buy up property, depleting the available supply.
Investors are "buying more than they sell and very often they are selling to other investors," said Sharga in a recent interview.
Lawrence Yun, the chief economist of the National Association of Realtors, said he expects to see a "steady release" of the rental properties, but it is "not in the investors' interest to flood the market."

WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—Republican Presidential candidates ripped President Obama on Tuesday for what they called his stubborn insistence on linking gun violence with guns.
In campaign stops across Iowa and New Hampshire, the G.O.P. hopefuls pounded the President for irrationally concluding that guns have played a role in the nation’s epidemic of mass shootings.
“How any reasonable person could look at gun violence and say that guns are involved is beyond me,” said Texas Senator Ted Cruz. “And yet, somehow, President Obama always finds a way.”
“I would very much like to have a conversation about gun violence, as President Obama has said he wants to have,” said Florida Senator Marco Rubio. “But as long as he keeps falling back on this tired, unproven connection between gun violence and guns, there’s just no point.”
The former Hewlett-Packard C.E.O. Carly Fiorina said that Obama’s persistent linking of gun violence with guns was “sad but not surprising, from a man who believes that people’s health can be improved by access to health care.”
“He isn’t thinking straight,” she said.
Of all the candidates, though, the retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson was perhaps the most scathing in his assessment of the President’s remarks. “Even if every gun in the world suddenly disappeared, there would still be gun violence,” he said.

The State Department is failing to respond in a timely and accurate manner to requests for public records filed under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), an internal watchdog investigation released today concludes.
The report, issued by the State Department’s Office of Inspector General, recommends the State Department hire and dedicate more staff for the purpose of producing records, to which the State Department says it agrees.
“While the volume of State Freedom of Information Act requests has tripled since 2008, our resources to respond have not kept pace,” State Department John Kirby said in a statement to ABC News. “That said, we know we must continue to improve our FOIA responsiveness and are taking additional steps to do so.”
To keep on pace, the State Department says it will comply with all the recommendations for improvement and has already hired a “transparency coordinator,” which the report noted as a positive step.
Delays in document production have been both highlighted and exacerbated by recent FOIA litigation in which a federal judge ordered the State Department to release 55,000 pages of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email correspondence accumulated during her time in office.
The State Department has noted that this requirement alone has heavily taxed its personnel resources. At the end of last month, the State Department fell short of a court-ordered requirement to release 82 percent of the documents. Coincidentally, the department plans to release more emails today in order to reach that goal.

The report said plainly that searches conducted by the State Department “do not consistently meet statutory and regulatory requirements for completeness and rarely meet requirements for timeliness.”
Government agencies are required by law to respond to FOIA requests within 20 days, simply to inform them about whether or not they intend to comply. The report found that in some cases responses lagged for 500 days.
